DUBAI WORLD TRADE CENTRE CONTRACT WON BY AL JABER LEGT ENGINEERING AND CONTRACTING
Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has given the development contract for the first phase of its DTCD to Al Jaber LEGT Engineering and Contracting (ALEC). The deal is priced at Dh3.35 billion ($912 million), a statement said.
ALEC will take on the responsibility for the construction of Phase One of the integrated commercial destination under the contractual terms, and this will include over 240,000 sq m of Grade A office space, along with a premium range of meeting, retail and hospitality facilities.
